The story of three professionals who want to raise the bar for continuing education.

Fueled by the desire to increase competency and quality of care in the field of behavioral health, three leading mental health professionals knew that more had to be done. CEYou was created in 2020 and is launching with a growing database of available courses in multiple disciplines.

CEYou was founded in 2020 by a team of three leading mental health professionals in Northeast Pennsylvania. We are fueled by the desire to increase competency and quality of care in the field of behavioral health.

Meet the CEYou Team

Alyse Kerr

MS, NCC, NADD-CC, LPC

With over 15 years of experience as a mental health clinician, Alyse Kerr founded CEYou with the belief that professionals deserve more options to elevate their skills and give back to their community. In her role at CEYou, Alyse oversees the program development, the recruitment of trainers, and collaboration with Marywood University.

In 2012, Alyse opened Integrative Counseling Services PC in Scranton, Pennsylvania, a leading mental health and wellness center that offers a laid-back atmosphere in which clinicians can come alongside patients to listen, learn, and improve quality of life. Since then, ICS has grown into a multidisciplinary team meeting the needs of Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania, with offices in Scranton, Harrisburg, and New Milford.

Prior to starting her own mental health practice, she has held various therapeutic and administrative positions. Previous roles have included Support Coordinator, Case Manager, Outpatient Therapist, Mobile Therapist, Behavior Specialist, Director of IDD Services, and Director of DDTT.

Outside of work, you can find her traveling, playing on power sports, or checking out the latest restaurant in town. She is a cat mom to two very large (and overfed) cats, Wanda and Gunther.

Anthony Salva

LCSW

Anthony Salva is an experienced therapist that brings his love for technology and therapeutic services to the team at CEYou.

Anthony is a social worker because he wants to be to others what he felt he never had. He utilizes a strength-based and solution-focused treatment approach with patients and specializes in trauma, addiction recovery, post-incarceration, and grief treatment. He is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Additionally, he earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University in 2018.

He is a husband, father, and stepfather. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family any chance he can.

Kelsi Curran

LCSW

With a determination to never let anyone feel alone or unheard, Kelsi Curran has a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. Combining forces with her CEYou co-founders, Kelsi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Kelsi has extensive experience in crisis and advocacy work, providing services to children, adolescents, and adult survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. She is a proud graduate of Marywood University, having earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees at the institution.

She is a proud fur mom to her four-legged kids, Harper (dog) and Gertrude (cat). Harper is Cavapoo Puppy and is currently working towards becoming a therapy dog. She can regularly be found alongside her mom seeing clients and sniffing out the best cup of coffee.
